Knock-off fashion?

Today I stopped by Target to buy some exercise equipment, so on my wandering through the store--I saw a purse that surprised me. It was on clearance, it wasn't leather, but it sure looked like a Kenneth Cole bag that I saw at Nordstroms a few weeks ago--on sale for $200. The handle was a little different, but the price was $16!
